Machine Introduction:
HST-01 is applicable for the accurate test of the parameters of heat-seal, heat-time and heat-seal pressure for the test materials. It is a necessary lab equipment used in the enterprises of food, medicine, daily chemical product, packaging and raw material manufacture.
 
Technical characteristics:
¡ñ Controlled by microcomputer and displayed on big LCD screen.
¡ñ Equipped with self-developed “constant temperature and micro control” system which enables a higher temperature control precision.
¡ñ Adopt underneath type synchronizing circuit of double air cylinders which ensures the pressure balance.
¡ñ The heat-seal head adopts the sealing method of aluminum pouring which ensures the uniformity of the heat-seal cover.
¡ñ The upper and lower heat-seal head adopts the design of independent
temperature control and over length heat-seal cover which can meet the requirements of different users.
¡ñ It adopts the double modes of manual and treadle types with a humanized structure design.
¡ñ It adopts the design of anti-scald and electric leakage protection which enables a safer operation.
¡ñ Equipped with micro printer which provides the users with convenience to print the test results.
 
Three Features and Advantages:
 
Temperature:
The heat-seal head adopts the sealing method of aluminum pouring which ensures the uniformity of the heat-seal cover. The temperature control system adopts self-developed “ constant temperature and micro control ” which solves the problem of setting temperature slight descent existing in the traditional digital P, I, D temperature control system, shortening the self-adjusting time from original 40 minutes to 5 minutes which can shorten the waiting time of test for users.
 
Pressure:
The double air cylinders design adopts imported SMC component, and the synchronizing circuit design for the rigid connection of the double air cylinders has ensured the uniformity of the test pressure and stability of the operation.
 
Time:
This equipment has built-in electromagnetic induction valve, the setting heat-seal time is automatically controlled after the double sealing heads contact adequately which can effectively avoid causing time difference when the sealing heads are testing to ensure the accuracy of the test time.
 
Application:
Thin film, plastic composite film, paper base composite film, aluminizing film, co-extrusion film.
 
Basic Applications Films with Smooth Surface:
Including plastic films, plastic composite films, paper-plastic composite films, coextruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foils, aluminum foil composite films and many others. Heat sealing surface should be smooth and width can be designed based on user requirements.
Films with Decorative Pattern Surface:
Including plastic films, plastic composite films, paper-plastic composite films, coextruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foils, aluminum foil composite films and many others. Heat sealing surface can be designed based on user requirements.
 
Extended Applications Covers of Jelly Cups:
The instrument is composed of the upper and lower jaws. The upper one is round-shape while the lower one is designed as a specimen mould whose size exactly fits the jelly cup. Put the jelly cup in the mould of lower jaw, and heat seal can be finished by upper jaw pushing. (Customization required)
Plastic Flexible Tubes:
The ends of plastic flexible tubes are placed in between upper and lower jaws and then sealed to form a package.
