A number of modern technologies, including optical imaging, mechanical displacement, electronic control, digital imaging, image analysis, computer processing, and others are combined into the V3.0 Automatic Vickers Hardness Measuring System. It displays the indentation image on the computer screen and uses the computer to operate the Vickers hardness tester and automatic test table. It precisely measures the HV hardness, hardening depth, film thickness, distance between two points of metals and some non-metallic materials, as well as a variety of films, using automatic reading and manual reading. Additionally, it can print at predetermined rates and shoot metal surface morphology, among other things. This system surpasses the conventional test methodology, achieving fully automation, high accuracy, and high repeatability hardness testing. It is crucial equipment for materials analysis.

System linkage: Through the communication interface it realizes the linkage between the system and the hardness tester.
