Brand: BRK
Model: VUT-890, VUT-900, VUT-900A
Product Introduction:
The VUT type ultrasonic weld point inspector is a portable industrial non-destructive ultrasonic flaw detector. It detects defects by analyzing the influence of the acoustic properties of the defects in the material on the propagation of ultrasonic waves. Based on this principle, ultrasonic waves can be used to measure defects such as cracks, pores, and inclusions in various metallic materials, some non-metallic materials, and composite materials. The VUT type digital ultrasonic flaw detector is widely used in fields requiring defect detection and quality control, such as machinery manufacturing, iron and steel metallurgy, metal processing, and chemical industries. It is also widely used in in-service safety inspections and life assessments in aerospace, railway transportation, and boiler pressure vessels. The instrument's ergonomic design is robust yet lightweight, featuring shockproof and drop-resistant features. The scientifically designed and logically arranged buttons and menus allow for easy operation of commonly used functions, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity. The product is designed and manufactured according to the European standard EN12668-1, possessing advantages such as high performance, good stability, comprehensive and practical functions, reliable quality, and strong anti-interference capabilities. The instrument fully complies with the requirements of various industry standards and has received consistent praise from users both domestically and internationally. The instrument is equipped with an original imported lithium battery, which has no memory effect, high capacity, and a continuous working time of over 10 hours, making it an ideal choice for
testing operations, especially in the field.
